Our products and service have brought great happiness and enjoyment to many children and families over the years. We are proud of our customer service and have always ensured that customers have been refunded and receive compensatory items wherever appropriate. We are delighted that during the first four years of business, we have received over 4000 seller feedbacks of which almost all have been 100% positive ; whilst every single one of our products has an average of over 4-star customer ratings.
Over the years, we have donated many toys to children in need through charities, nurseries and schools all over the world, and have assisted with fund-raising for children’s causes.
Apart from above-mentioned the seller feedback and product reviews, we have received many personal emails and letters from customers, of which I am pleased to share a few examples:

What wonderful customer service!!! Your quick and efficient response is a credit to your company and while I have been very impressed with your products before, this has certainly added to my admiration of both you and the toys you supply.
My first exposure to your merchandise was when I attended "twin club" with my daughter and her boys in Edinburgh and all the children were fighting over your threading block toy and the pull along dog shape sorter. After that I was aware of your toys and subsequently bought the threading apple and stack and count for my older twin grandsons (they are now 4). Both have been played with endlessly and have been very good value in terms of the amusement the boys have had.....and will continue to be with the other set of twins (coming up for a year old).
I can confirm that the missing part is from the toy as shown and it’s the blue ring that's been lost.....it would so kind of you if you do have a spare ring available if you could send it to me...bit please let me know the cost including postage so I may reimburse yourselves.
I do hope your business trip was successful and thank you again for the attention you have given to me.
Regards,
Patricia M

WOW! YES PLEASE! What an angel you are! That’s just the most wonderful and generous thing to do, thank you so very much, I bet they will be really useful for my patients!
I will tell all my friends at The Alzheimer’s Society and on the forums what a wonderful company you have and how great you have been. Actually, I have already told many about the wooden game and how useful I find it, there are so few things out there for dementia patients, and those that are available are very expensive, way out of my budget. Perhaps this could be a new market for your company to sell to? I would be very pleased to give you a testimonial and if at any point you would like to research toys for people with dementia I would be happy to help by giving feedback or testing products. We NEED good quality toys and puzzles to stimulate minds affected by disease.
Thank you, very very much.
Kind regards

All the toys you have sent to us have been very well received at work, especially the large beads, as the patients on my unit suffer from quite severe dementia and the puzzles are a bit difficult for them.
I thought you would like to hear about one patient called Harry. Harry is nearly blind and has a dementia which affects his speech, so even though he knows what he wants to say it comes out as nonsense. He has some understanding and is still very independent in nearly all activities of daily living. Harry has used ALL the toys in his own way! Remember the building blocks with the screwdriver you sent to us a while back? Well I gave him those first as he used to be an engineer. With help from a care assistant he really enjoyed screwing the nuts and bolts and blocks together, and will do this for half an hour or more. He has threaded the large beads, counted the tangram pieces and taken the soma cube apart, putting the pieces in his pocket and using them to "buy" biscuits with!!! He especially likes the beads as I think he can make out the bright colours.
Lots of the other patients have enjoyed playing with your gifts too, I wish you could see them. After payday I'm going to buy the sorting clock and I have an idea for a product you could supply. We could use a calendar that shows the day of the week, date and weather too. Perhaps you could look at your supplier to see if they could design one?
We have three units at the home and thanks to you and Toys of Wood mine is the best one! I have also told staff and relatives and directed them to your business so hopefully you will be getting some more orders soon. I have printed a thank you acknowledgment to TOW and put it on our main notice board in the entrance so people can see your name and know about your generosity... A little sneaky advertising won't hurt!!!
Kindest regards
Rachel
